Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor progress and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Lead project meetings and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Approve and review construction plans and technical documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a construction management role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop full-scale project plans and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles (scope, time, cost, quality).
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and report on project status.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role.
- Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Construction Field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
- Good command of English, Arabic.
