Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor progress and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Lead project meetings and resolve site-related issues promptly.
  • Approve and review construction plans and technical documents.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a construction management role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
  •  
Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles (scope, time, cost, quality).
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and report on project status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  •  
Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Construction Field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
  • Good command of English, Arabic.
