SS Tower reflects Sinyar Al Khaleej Contracting LLC’s dedication to precision execution and collaborative delivery. Appointed as the main contractor, Sinyar handled all aspects of the construction process—from site preparation to final handover—ensuring that the tower met its timeline and quality benchmarks. Developed by Sultan Ali Sultan Hilal Al Saboosi, and designed by ERGA Progress Engineering Consultants, SS Tower benefited from a synergy of vision, design, and expert construction. The project was completed in October 2024, shortly after its originally projected handover date of September 2024—demonstrating our ability to meet ambitious timelines with minimal deviation.
